During one of the hardest times of my life, it helped so much having Jordan at Wood Funeral Home to help guide me through it. From day one, he stayed so involved with every step to help make my mom’s service special. I can’t thank him and the rest of the staff enough for being so kind to me.

During one of the most difficult times in our lives losing our father, Wood Funeral Home provided a level of care and comfort we will never forget. Jordan, our funeral director, was incredible to work with. He was deeply sincere, exceptionally patient, and truly took the time to listen to every member of our family. His clear communication and constant availability removed so much of the stress from the planning process. The entire staff was organized and took thoughtful care of absolutely everyone involved. The facility itself is beautiful, peaceful, and comforting. We are deeply grateful to Jordan and the Wood Funeral Home team for treating our family with such profound respect and kindness.

I am updating my original review after meeting with Brian Wood. He came to my parents’ home to apologize and discuss what happened at my grandmother’s service. He was compassionate, empathetic, accountable, and understanding. He acknowledged that what happened should never have occurred and agreed that his staff did not handle the situation appropriately. He understood that, regardless of who made the initial error, Wood Funeral Home had a responsibility to our family to take leadership, provide support, and manage the situation with professionalism and care. I genuinely believe that if Brian had been present that day, the experience would have been very different. He did everything within his power afterward to try to make things right, and I appreciate the time, sincerity, and compassion he showed our family. That said, I still feel it is important to share what happened. On Tuesday, we laid my 97-year-old grandmother to rest, and unfortunately our experience at the graveside service made an already difficult day significantly worse. Had the opportunity to work with Wood Funeral Home in Ammon, walked in my first time ever with nothing to know what it takes to make a service for my dad. Worked with a kind gentleman name Jordan Ball amazing at what he does along with the rest of the staff in a hard time like this they made the process a lot easier then i could imagine. I used them twice in a matter of a month and had the exact experience both times. I would recommend them to anyone I know great ppl. Jordan Ball thanks again for everything u did for my dad and uncle service I truly appreciate Wood Funeral Home.

Losing a loved one is never easy, but Brian and staff @ Wood Funeral Home helped my family plan a cremation and service with ease and care. Brian took the time to guide us thru the steps while remaining attentive throughout the process. Everything from the cremation to the burial went smooth, I know we can always count on Wood Funeral Home. Thanks again everyone.

We trusted Wood Funeral Home when my mom passed away. I felt like I was in a fog, but the staff at Wood Funeral Home truly made us feel like family. They took care of every detail, and make sure we had everything we needed. I will never forget the kindness shown to our family! I will never go anywhere else.

Our family is very grateful for Wood Funeral Home and the wonderful services they have provided over the years for many of our family members! We have had grandparents, parents, and most recently my mother-in-law services provided by the Woods. They always offer so much care and compassion and consideration to the families feelings! At a time when you’re going through a heavy grieving process, they’re very understanding to what we were going through. Jon, Brian, Stephan and the entire staff offers very professional care and services. Many of our family members have had pre-planned services, which is very helpful at the time of their passing. We didn’t have to be concerned with what our loved ones would want while we were going through a difficult time because they made these very personal, final decisions for themselves. Simply put, we love and appreciate everyone at Wood funeral home!
